Edward Kocwa is an Australian manufacturing entrepreneur, currently holding non-executive director and advisory roles with ASX-listed and private companies.​

Kocwa was previously Chief Executive Officer of BOSSCAP Group, a Brisbane-based vehicle engineering and manufacturing company. Under his leadership, BOSSCAP expanded from a vehicle import business into a vertically integrated engineering and manufacturing group, building Australian design, compliance and remanufacturing capability in-house. Through its AUSEV and Advanced Manufacturing Queensland divisions, the company produced right-hand-drive vehicles for the Australian resources and commercial fleet sectors and for export to the Indo-Pacific region. The business was built around the Ford F-150 Lightning, the best-selling electric pickup in the United States and part of the F-Series, America’s best-selling vehicle line for more than four decades. Ford’s abrupt cancellation of the model in December 2025 forced the group to cease operations in March 2026.

Edward Kocwa is an advocate for Australian sovereign manufacturing. He represented Australian manufacturing at the Commonwealth Business Forum during the 2024 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Samoa, and appeared as a witness before the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water inquiry into the transition to electric vehicles. In 2025, Edward Kocwa was a finalist in the Energy and Mining category of The CEO Magazine’s Executive of the Year Awards – Australia.
